Freedom of choice

I believe freedom is equal to freedom to choose, freedom of choice. Choice means decision. Decision making is the source of freedom. So be a decision-maker.

Why aren't people using Python 3?

I believe that the problem lies with the university incentive structure… In the presence of these twin mandates — spend no money, and break none of the things — CentOS apparently begins to look attractive.
